These conferences and seminars have been held annually since 2012. Are intended to disseminate best practice in the field of traditional building, architecture and urbanism internationally, whether in new work, in restorations of built heritage, in education and stewardship in this sphere, or through the theoretical framework. Active participation and the exchange of experiences among students, professionals and academics in the fields of construction, architecture and urban planning are therefore facilitated. They have both virtual and face-to-face activities, which have been developed in different parts of Spain and Portugal.
En las últimas décadas hemos asistido a la recuperación, el estudio y la protección de tendencias arquitectónicas modernas anteriormente desatendidas, lo que ha incluido arquitecturas vanguardistas de corrientes como el Expresionismo, el Cubismo, etc. No obstante, fuera de un reducido círculo de especialistas, el reconocimiento y la puesta en valor de la arquitectura Clasicismo Moderno aún se encuentran rezagados, pese a ser este el lenguaje de muchos de los más importantes monumentos del siglo XX en nuestras ciudades.
