The Traditional Building Cultures Foundation announces three training grants in building trades

The Traditional Building Cultures Foundation announces three training grants in traditional building trades, aimed at the practical training of apprentices under the guidance of three highly regarded master artisans.

These grants form part of the Building Arts Grants Programme, whose aim is to contribute to the transmission of traditional building trades, encourage generational renewal, and support artisanal excellence linked to the preservation of the built heritage.

Grant Conditions

Selected recipients will receive financial support for a period of six months. The start date of the mentoring and learning process will be agreed upon by mutual consent.

The financial support will amount to a total of €7,200 gross. Full or partial receipt of this amount will be conditional upon the fulfilment of the training objectives defined at the start of the grant period.

In addition, the master trainers will also receive financial support, both for the delivery of this teaching activity and to cover the various expenses that may arise from it.
