The Traditional Building Cultures Foundation has awarded two full scholarships for participation in the course “The Building Trades in Contemporary Architecture,” organized by the Institute for Continuing Education of the Official Institute of Architects of Madrid (COAM) in collaboration with the Foundation. These scholarships cover 100% of the tuition fees and are aimed at students interested in integrating traditional building knowledge into contemporary architectural practice.
The recipients of this year’s scholarships are Gonzalo Salvador Aguilera Palomino, a student of the Bachelor’s Degree in Fundamentals of Architecture at the Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (ETSAM–UPM), and Gonzalo Ezequiel Paz Martínez, a Master’s student in Architecture at the same institution.
Con esta convocatoria, la Fundación continúa su labor de apoyo a la formación de jóvenes arquitectos y profesionales comprometidos con la conservación, la sostenibilidad y la transmisión de las técnicas tradicionales de construcción.
